Shipments and returns
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. As courier, we use An Post, and it usually takes 1-3 working days to deliver your package. Once the order has left our shop we are no longer aware of its location. If you do not receive your order you must inform us so we can sort out any issues.
Please note : “working days” excludes weekends and public holidays.
We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather.
We do not offer returns on personalised items and if the information you have given us is incorrect we can not be held responsible for this.
Please double check for any errors before placing the order.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you but you must notify us of the damage within 7 days.
